Strut Your Stuff to Win a Free Pinup Photoshoot!

Celeste Giuliano Photography is happy to announce that we are the official sponsor of this years Hot Rod Hoedown Pinup Contest.

The Hot Rod Hoedown has been the East Coasts Koolest Rod, Rat, Classic & Kustom Car Show for the past 10 years!

The Pinup Contest will take place on Saturday, September 11 at 3pm and the winner will receive a FREE photo shoot with Celeste Giuliano Photography (a $300 value.) To enter the contest all you have to do is come dressed in your best retro pinup or glamour attire and strut your stuff across the stage for the crowd! Proper attire would be pinup style dresses, swimsuits, short/tops but NO LINGERIE as this is a family friendly crowd. All entrants must sign up for the contest at the Celeste Giuliano Photography Booth on Saturday, before the start of the contest.

Even if you are not interested in entering the contest please swing by the booth to say "hello" as I will be there all day and would love to see you.

The event, which boasts music, vendors, artwork and tons of amazing cars on display will be held on Saturday, Sept. 11 and Sunday, Sept. 12 from 10am - 5pm at the Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum of Race Cars , 6825 Norwitch Drive in Philadelphia. Admission is $15 per person and includes entry into the museum. Kids under 8 are free.

Blogging About Her Day As A Pinup!

In early August, I photographed a group of amazing ladies who were celebrating a bachelorette party for the bride to be with a Pinup Party Photo Shoot Package. Nicole (the bride) who is a huge fan of pinups along with 4 of her friends Erin, Megan, Bekah and Nikki spent a fun day at the studio being pampered and transformed into pinups!

These gals were a blast to work with and did such an amazing job posing and having fun while in set that they made my job super easy that day!

I was also delighted to find out that Nikki, who is an army wife and mother has her own BLOG - A Yummy Mummy On A Pink Park Bench. She wrote the most amazing blog about her experience as a pinup complete with before and after photos of their hair and makeup transformations.

I recently photographed Bridey Carmody the 2nd place winner of Philly's Hottest Student from 93.3 WMMR's Preston and Steve Show. It was a fun filled day of retro school themes... think Teacher's Pet!

Enter To Be Varga Bar Calendar Girl!

I have teamed up with the Varga Bar and am so excited to announce that I will be shooting their 2011 Varga Girl Calendar!

The search is on for Miss January through Miss December so if you've dreamt of being a calendar girl then here is your chance!

Interested girls should email 3 photos (which can be everyday non- professional photos or professional photos) and 3 reasons why they want to be a Varga Girl to vargagirl2011@gmail.com . Deadline for entries is September 1. Contest winners will be notified in early September.

The calendar will be photographed during 3 days in September - Monday, Sept. 27, Tuesday, Sept. 28 and Wednesday, Sept. 29 so please make sure if you enter that you are available at least one of these days for the photo shoot.

Philly Beer Scene Magazine!!

The newest issue of Philly Beer Scene Magazine is currently available. This issue features my photos on both the cover and the interior!

The photos, which are reminiscent of the 1950's Academy Awards, were used to illustrate the 2010 Best of Philly Beer Scene Awards story. The beautiful Roxanne Hoffner posed as my sultry movie star with the Philly Beer Scene Award - a giant beer bottle!
