Presenting The Centerfold Academy With Dr. Sketchy's Philly!

Celeste Giuliano Photography and Dr. Sketchy's Philadelphia are teaming up to present the Centerfold Academy on Saturday, February 25, 2012 starting at 6:30pm at Blick Art.

Since 2005, Dr. Sketchy's has been the name in alternative drawing. From illegal flashmobs to the Museum of Modern Art, Dr. Sketchy's has brought artists a rule-breaking cocktail of dames, drinking and drawing. Dr. Sketchy's Philly brings models, cool themes, fun contests and fascinating Art-Monkeys to the best venues in the city. Whether you're an artstar or a scribbling newbie, Dr. Sketchy's is the perfect place to get your fill of life-drawing.

The evening will feature two gorgeous pinup models for your drawing pleasure. And we need your help choosing one of the models for the evening. Photo Shoot With Venus In Chains

My talented client Victoria, founder and creator of Venus In Chains, a company that creates avant-garde chain maille accessories, recently posed for a burlesque style photos shoot here at the studio. The shoot was a few months in the making as Victoria meticulously hand made her entire costume as well as all the accessories!

Victoria's company combines the bold look of chain maille with the opulent sparkle of Swarovski crystal and the results are amazing! I was speechless whenVictoria showed me her fantastic Japanese Crystal Chain Maille Bikini costume and Crystal Flower Necklace for the first time and was so excited to have the opportunity to photograph her work.
